"Uniting Hearts, Building Futures"

The Name of
Yayasan Munarah
Yayasan Munarah is a charitable foundation established by the Royal Family of Negeri Sembilan with the aim of nurturing noble values and championing the welfare of the local community. The foundation was created to continue the legacy and spirit of compassion demonstrated by the royal family across generations, particularly in the areas of education, healthcare, social development, and humanitarian aid. The name "Yayasan Munarah" is a combination of two highly respected royal figures – the late Tuanku Munawir ibni Al-Marhum Tuanku Abdul Rahman and the late Tuanku Durah binti Alang Rawin – both remembered for their significant contributions and dedication to the people of Negeri Sembilan. This name was chosen to honor their leadership and deep compassion for the rakyat (citizens). The foundation stands as a symbol of hope, unity, and care, striving to build a better future for all levels of society within Negeri Sembilan and beyond.

ABOUT
YAYASAN MUNARAH
Yayasan Munarah is the Royal Family Foundation of Negeri Sembilan, established on January 11, 2010, under the Akta Pemegang Amanah (Pemerbadanan) 1952 [Akta 258]. The foundation was created with the mission of uplifting and empowering underprivileged and marginalized communities by providing essential resources, opportunities, and support to improve their quality of life. Yayasan Munarah focuses on several key areas, including education, poverty alleviation, healthcare and special needs, culture and the arts, and conservation.
Through education initiatives, the foundation offers financial aid, scholarships, and educational support to students in need, ensuring they have access to quality learning opportunities. To alleviate poverty, financial assistance, food aid, and livelihood support are extended to struggling families, helping them achieve financial stability and independence.
Additionally, the foundation provides medical aid, rehabilitation programs, and healthcare access for the sick, disabled, and individuals with special needs. Yayasan Munarah is also committed to preserving cultural heritage by supporting local artisans and promoting artistic expression, while its conservation efforts focus on environmental sustainability and the protection of natural resources.
By working closely with government agencies, private sectors, and non-profit organizations, Yayasan Munarah continues to expand its reach and maximize its impact on society. The foundation remains dedicated to improving lives and fostering long-term positive change through compassion, integrity, and responsibility. With a strong commitment to social welfare, Yayasan Munarah strives to create a brighter future for communities in need, ensuring that every individual, regardless of their background, has the opportunity to thrive.

Our Vision & Mission
To receive and administer, funds and property of any kind for the purpose of distribution by way of donation, grants, or interest-free loans to disabled, handicapped or under privileged individuals or to charitable, religious, educational or cultural institutions or organisations and to support healthcare and the general development of the community.
Since the day of its establishment, the organisation has been supporting those who are less fortunate – students who wish to further their studies, the downtrodden which includes single mothers, hard-core poor, the sick and families with small income.
With the initiative of working with Government Bodies (Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat, Baitulmal and other Organisations), Yayasan Munarah has managed to assist children of the hard-core poor/single mothers by placing them in privately run welfare homes and assisting with their educational fees. Today we are happy to mention considerable increase in efficiency and effectiveness of our work as well as involvement of new partners in our programs.
